Sara's bags

So a wee while ago a friend commissioned a couple of super custom bags (they are kind of similar to your shopper bag but the strap is so long you can wear it cross body). Alas, at last they are finished and she has them now so i can post it here :) so i sewn these and added the prints too.

The banjo goat is also going to be a new design on the regular shoppers i do :-) soon to be added to the etsy shop.

X-mas Aftermath - some fun stuff...

2014, from October till almost Christmas was the busiest period in my life. Like, ever! ;) I had several fairs, including one in London, two exhibitions, co-ran a pop-up shop and on top of that still had all the online orders to work on. But I survived! I hope that next year I will be more prepared, although it always ends up just being that little bit more busy.

Once all the crazy mental Christmas period work was over - about a week before 24th, I had a little bit of time to focus on some fun projects. Like this, super inside-joke Magikarp bad for my pal Aimee...

Or these crazy tree decorations for our Hill Street Design House Office Christmas Party Secret Santa...

They were for Poppy of Edinburgh Casting Studio.

One of them was Poppy herself and others were based on some of the castings that they have in their portfolio. Such as:

The rest are a bit NSFW. :)

April Market

As you might know form my facebook page spamming, I have had a stall at my favourite market on Saturday. That would be the Out Of The Blue Drill Hall market ;) It just seems to be one that I always do. And I like it :) The location is great and they are normally pretty busy, full of lovely things.

So as per usual I took some snaps of my stall. They probably don't look overall that different, but you can spot some new things (that will make their way to etsy sometime soon.

For one, there is a few bits and bobs of assembled rainy jewellery....

And a preview of the one I have been REALLY excited about - the origami line! There are brooches, earring and necklaces... Again, they will make their way to etsy soon but if you are dying for one drop me a line :)

Otherwise, I can't believe it's already April... Been really REALLY busy lately! And it's only 8 months till my favourite time of the year... Christmas :) Haha, yes, I am a little bit crazy there probably... I am also really looking forward to summer. I have some holidays booked-ish, but I will not say anymore until it's a bit closer :)
